2. Authenticity & Handcrafted Nature

Every piece on Allpa Craft is handcrafted by certified master artisans utilizing ancestral techniques. Due to the handmade nature of our creations (retablos, ceramics, Huamanga stone carving, textiles), subtle variations in textures, shades, and dimensions may occur, certifying the unique authenticity of each artwork.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed include taxes where applicable. We accept international credit/debit cards, PayPal, and regional instant payments. All transactions are protected via enterprise-grade bank-level encryption.

4. International Shipping & Logistics

We ship worldwide with high-security reinforced packaging designed for delicate artwork. Estimated delivery times and shipping fees are calculated at checkout. International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes imposed by destination authorities.

5. Returns & The Allpa Guarantee

Should an item arrive damaged during transit or fail to match its description, we offer a full replacement or refund upon notification within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Designs, trademarks, imagery, and artisan narratives are the property of Allpa Craft and its master creators, protected under international intellectual property and collective cultural heritage laws.
